Hatha Yoga

Prenatal Yoga practice is a
special bonding time for
moms-to-be and baby-to-be.
The practice of Yoga can help
moms-to-be prepare the mind
and the body for labour and
birth. You can start with
gentle warm-ups, then to
standing and some basic
balancing poses.
Seated
meditation can be done all
three trimesters. It will help
to focus, concentrate and keep
you healthy. These
