Six Healing Sounds Qi Gong is
beneficial for balancing the
energy of the organs of the body. Each tone and movement
sequence is to be repeated six
times .
The six vocal tones are
Shoo for the liver
, Hur the heart ,
Hoo the spleen ,
Suh the lungs ,
Chooe the kidneys and
Shee the triple warmer
for blood circulation and sexual
energy . Begin the sequence with
the Breathing and end the
exercise with the circular
Dantian rubs , six clockwise
, then six counter-clockwise .
Then rest with hands to the
sides. Best to do in the morning
before breakfast , in the open
air ,
but any available time will be
of benefit . |
