Vocal Toning the Chakras is the
practice of making use of one's
own vocal sound , elongated
vowel sounds, to balance and
align the energy of the chakras
, energy centres of the body .
Make a vocal tone for the root chakra
located in the area of the base
of the spine , including the
legs and feet . Begin with a low
tone and the sound UH . Focus
your breathing with the 'audible
breath' to prepare the tone that
you make . Breathe into the
chakra area , let the prana or
chi flow to the chakra , and let
the
tone's vibration release
negative
energy from the chakra to create
balance .
Make
the sound a number of times , a
minimum of five times . When you
feel ready move your focus
to the sacral chakra , making a
higher tone and the sound OO .
Continue to vocal tone the eight
chakras including the
aura with the sounds given here
. Give yourself thirty to forty
minutes to practice . When the
vocal toning is completed sit in
quiet and feel the calm energy ,
your chakras balanced and
aligned through sacred
sound . |
